The Ericsson power module BMR462 is the third addition to the company’s family of second generation, digital point-of-load (POL) regulators. Up to 7 of the 12A devices can be paralleled to deliver up to 84A to the load.

Key Features

It features digital PWM with advanced paralleling, delay and ramp-up. The series also features non-linear transient response, and is PMBus read and write compliant.

Input: 4.5-14 V
Output: 12 A

  • 97.1 percent efficiency at 3.3 V (typical value at half load)
